Guesthouses: the old one 3 beds, maiden chaimber 2 beds, carpenters house 2 beds and a porch with sea view. Wooden storehouse 1double bed & a porch towards the ocean and summer water. One play hut with a swing & trapetzium in front. Bathing cliffs below on the lot. Owners landing, under repair. Row boat/10 HP engine is included for fun. One canadian canoe. The Waxholm ships has 1 – 3 departures per day for interesting excurions.
Sheets & towels of high quality can be hired directly by the owner, by agreement, for that you pay cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
Fishing equipment can also be in the same way leased directly by the owner.
For heating cold winter in addition to the rent paid, pay 5000 SEC directly to the owner.
